Helicopter carrying Colombian President Ivan Duke has been shot down, reports say.
Foreign media quoted the president as saying that several other dignitaries were on board the helicopter at the time of the attack.
Meanwhile, he was the Minister of Defense, the Minister of the Interior and a Provincial Governor.
The helicopter was shot down while flying near the Venezuelan border.
However, no one was injured in the attack.
Speaking to the media after the incident, the President said that he condemned such a cowardly attack and that he was not intimidated by violence or terrorist activities.
